1. Acceptance

By using Game 4 Fun you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. What Game 4 Fun is

Game 4 Fun is an aggregator that curates HTML5 browser games and embeds them via <iframe>from their original hosts. We do not own the games unless explicitly marked “Originals”; we operate the catalog, the player UI, and the editorial recommendations.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rehost the Game 4 Fun catalog or proprietary code.
Use automated tools to flood the site with traffic or fake play / like events.
Bypass the rate limits or other security controls.
Submit DMCA notices, contact requests, or business inquiries that you know to be false or misleading.
Use Game 4 Fun to distribute malware or otherwise harm other users.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Game 4 Fun content

The site design, original artwork, editorial copy, codebase, curated rankings, and the “Game 4 Fun” brand are owned by Game 4 Fun and protected by applicable IP law.

4.2 Third-party games

Each embedded game is the property of its developer / publisher. Game 4 Fun either uses the developer’s public embed (where their licence permits), an open-source licence (we keep an attribution panel on the game page), or a direct agreement.

4.3 Attribution & licences

Where a game requires attribution we display the developer name and licence on the game detail page. Open-source games we host ourselves comply with the licence’s redistribution and source-disclosure requirements.

5. Disclaimers

Game 4 Fun is provided “as is”. The embedded games are the responsibility of their developers; we do not guarantee that a third-party game will function, save your progress, or remain available indefinitely. Saved progress that lives in the embedded game’s storage is outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game 4 Fun and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (whichever is greater).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or where required by law. You may stop using Game 4 Fun at any time; deleting browser cookies and local storage clears the state we do not store server-side.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in English in Delaware, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection laws.
